About the event

Welcome letter

Dear colleagues,
We are honored to welcome you to SAC 25 Congress. This event
will bring together the entire cardiology community of Argentina, South America and

leading international consultants for three days of unforgettable academic,
professional, and social interaction.
The core subject of our meeting will be "Patient-Centered Cardiovascular Health."
With a focus on the new clinical scenarios emerging in the era of the artificial
intelligence revolution, we will discuss new diagnostic approaches, risk stratification
tools and therapies in different contexts of cardiovascular disease with local and
international experts.
Academic excellence will be accompanied by a sincere and critical analysis of the
current state of our healthcare system, in collaboration with scientific societies
affiliated with the forum of societies and various stakeholders within the system.
In the new healthcare setting, the role of nurses and technicians is of
utmost importance. Our program will count with the active participation of these
professionals in topics related to non-medical human resources, where their
training for the new challenges is a fundamental priority.
We will address the pending issues of cardiology in Argentina with specific solutions,
such as the implementation of a network plan for myocardial infarction to reduce
mortality in our country and strategies for lowering blood pressure in the digital era.
We are indeed fortunate to have the participation of the American College of
Cardiology (ACC), which will bring us their traditional New York chapter; the
American Heart Association (AHA), which will present their actions on cardiovascular
health in women; and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), which will share
their prestigious guidelines and consensus statements. Furthermore, the most
prominent South American societies will participate in high-level joint roundtable
discussions.
Delegates from twelve Latin American societies will participate in the event,
where we will address regional issues. This will be an excellent opportunity to
reconnect with old and new friends from the SAC.

It will be a great honor to have you all here in Buenos Aires, at the Sociedad Rural
de Palermo venue.
We look forward to your participation.
